NLEN’s headquarters are at the site of the former Community Bank of Lawndale, one of Chicago’s longest-running Black-owned and operated banks. Built from the ground-up in 2021, NLEN’s campus is a modern, welcoming hub of positive energy. The space was designed to bring together job seekers, local employers, and community partners under one roof - making it easier for residents to access the tools they need to move forward.

Every space on our campus reflects NLEN’s commitment to economic advancement and community revitalization. This is where skills are built, careers take shape, and neighbors come together to support one another.

• The beelove® café, offering fresh, handcrafted meals and drinks made by local minority vendors
• A full-scale Sweet Beginnings production area, where participants gain hands-on work experience
