Lina Jean Fritz has joined NLEN as Chief of Strategy, Innovation & External Affairs. Lina leads organizational strategy, growth initiatives, and external partnerships. She focuses on aligning mission, revenue and impact — strengthening financial sustainability while advancing workforce innovation and employer engagement.

Lina brings deep experience in cross-sector collaboration, systems thinking, and organizational transformation. She partners closely with the COO to ensure strategy translates into execution, and she is particularly focused on building sustainable funding models, strengthening data and performance systems, and expanding high-quality employment pathways that meaningfully increase economic mobility for the residents of North Lawndale.
