Pelin Deniz

Pelin Deniz has joined NLEN as Chief Operating Officer. A seasoned operations executive, Pelin brings deep expertise designing and building the systems, infrastructure and operational frameworks that enable mission-driven organizations to translate vision into disciplined execution and measurable results. Throughout her career across the education and nonprofit sectors, she has specialized in strengthening organizational capacity, aligning strategy, people and processes to drive performance, improve sustainability and scale impact.

In this role, Pelin will focus on strengthening operational excellence and building the foundation needed to support the organization’s continued growth and mission advancement. In addition to leading the business administration and operational departments for NLEN, she will lead the organization’s Social Enterprises.
