Bilingual Retention Support Specialist

We are seeking a Bilingual Retention Support Specialist to play a vital role in ensuring employees at Fillmore Linen Service have equitable access to high-quality, culturally responsive supportive services. The Specialist provides direct support with barriers related to transportation, housing, food access, financial stability, healthcare, and other needs affecting job retention.

This role works closely with the Manager of Community Initiatives & Retention, the North Lawndale Employment Collaborative, and Fillmore Linen leadership. The ideal candidate is empathetic, reliable, solutions-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced worksite environment.

Director of Development (Individual Philanthropy & Major Gifts)

The Director of Grants & Research will lead NLEN’s strategy to secure and sustain diverse funding streams — from competitive public awards to transformative private investments — while deepening authentic, long‑term partnerships with funders.

This role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution: translating complex program models into compelling proposals, anticipating shifts in philanthropy and workforce development, and collaborating across teams to turn opportunities into measurable results. The person in this seat will be equally adept at engaging in thoughtful conversations with funders and working side‑by‑side with colleagues to shape budgets, track outcomes, and ensure compliance.
