The Pollinator Pavilion is an innovative plan to transform a vacant lot into a community hub – where environmental education, sustainability careers, and urban ecotourism invite residents and visitors to experience the beauty and creativity of North Lawndale.
Here, the community can learn land stewardship, discover pathways to green jobs, and experience the healing power of nature. The Pollinator Pavilion is more than a project — it’s a vision for a more vibrant North Lawndale. It comes directly out of the community’s Quality of Life Plan, which is rooted in the voices, hopes, and priorities of the people who call North Lawndale home. We’re proud to be a part of this initiative and create a future where opportunity, pride, and community thrive — built by North Lawndale, for North Lawndale.
