Hiring & Community Partnerships
Customized Hiring Solutions
NLEN is your trusted partner for your frontline workforce with a suite of employer services. The Business Solutions Department is your single point-of-contact to the North Lawndale Employment Network.
We are here to support your recruitment, screening and hiring needs, as well as provide constructive performance feedback to our clients while they are working for you.
We can also help you access the wide range of hiring incentives that best suit your business, such as the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (which ranges from $1,400 to $9,000 per year).
Employer Benefits
NLEN’s staffing-supportive services include pre-screening, CASA- and drug-testing, skills development, and on-the-job support and troubleshooting. We can supply you with workers who understand workplace ethics and time management; work well with supervisors, with teams, and on their own; and know how to adapt to your organization’s culture and avoid productivity gaps.
We’ll also help you access a range of hiring incentives that allow you to grow your business and improve your bottom line. But don’t take our word for it.
